Patricia is an IFTA-nominated writer, director and producer whose debut feature Verdigris was nominated for five Irish Film and Television Awards, including Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director. Verdigris also won twelve festival awards, and is streaming in Ireland on the RTE Player and in Italy on CGTV.

Patricia has recently begun directing continuing TV drama and she is attached as a director and/or writer/producer on a number of feature films in funded development with Screen Ireland.

She is alumni of the Sundance Episodic Lab, Stowe Story Labs and Series Makers. Patricia is also one of the recipients of Screen Ireland’s 2026 Director scheme The Voice and Series Mania’s 2026 Talents to Watch.

Patricia works with the National Talent Academy as a mentor and script assessor, with Film Offaly as a tutor and script consultant and she lectures with Griffith College/the Leinster School of Music and Drama. She has also guest lectured in Coláiste Dhulaigh and Maynooth University. She previously worked as a freelance script reader for Northern Ireland Screen for four years. Patricia has a Post-Grad Diploma in Advanced Producing with TU Dublin and a Masters in Screenwriting with the national film school, IADT.

Patricia founded MnáMná Films in 2021 and her work is defined by bold storytelling, layered characters and underrepresented voices, with a growing slate of projects that aim to connect deeply with audiences at home and internationally.

She is represented by Christine Pickworth at Imagine Talent in the UK.
