Whilst doing this job, I produced several short films and co-founded a series of film and TV masterclasses, which were sponsored by Channel 4. These featured directors including Mike Newell, Ken Loach, John Madden, Alan Parker and Michael Moore.

Next, was working as an executive for a film finance fund, raising investment for a slate of films including KEEPING MUM, AE FOND KISS and TALES OF THE RIVERBANK.

Following that, I worked in-house at some of the leading film companies in the UK, including Universal, Disney, Optimum Releasing, Momentum Pictures, the UK Film Council and Vue Cinemas. I also set up and MCed a stand-up comedy night which featured comedians including Steve Merchant, Jack Whitehall and Shappi Khorsandi.

In 2012 I directed my first film, the comedy short GET LUCKY which starred Ralf Little, Isy Suttie & Greg Davies and premiered at the London International Film Festival. The film was financed by Working Title Films and produced by the Emmy and Golden Globe award winning producer Nigel Marchant.

In 2013 I was elected to the board of Women in Film and Television and set up and hosted a new series of events for them, interviewing guests including the head of BBC Films, the Director of Sky Atlantic and the Managing Director of Comedy Central.

In 2014 I took a break from the film industry and relocated to Ireland. I retrained in radio and audio production and currently advise brands on their social media marketing strategy as well as working on audio projects.
