Bryony Dunne is an award winning Irish visual artist and filmmaker who engages with the overlap between cinema, photography, and the natural world, she is currently based in Wicklow. Her work has been exhibited at the Mosaic Rooms (London), the Irish Film Institute (Dublin), DEPO (Istanbul), among other venues, and she has participated in a number of international film and video festivals, including Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival (Greece), Clermont Ferrand Short film Festival (France), Cork Film Festival (Ireland), Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin and Galway Film Fleadh (Ireland). Her work has been supported by Screen Ireland, The Arts Council and National Geographic Society. She is a former resident at the Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht (2021/22).
