I wrote and directed my debut short film ‘Not with a Bang But a Whimper’ in 2014, while studying for a Masters. The film played at the Fastnet Film Festival and the experience caused me to change my career path towards professional filmmaking.

My second independent short film ‘Man to Man’ premiered at the Galway Film Fleadh, 2017 and was selected for festivals all around Ireland and even internationally, receiving an Audience Award at the Chicago Irish Film Festival as well as the O’Kalem Award for Best Short Film at the Baton Rouge Irish Film Festival. Since then, I have been directing commercials and online content as my primary source of income. As of early 2020, I have completed another two short films- ‘Cut-throat’ and ‘Down The Road’- which are entering their festival run.

I am currently writing a feature script, having won a literary bursary award from the Irish Arts Council, and also working freelance as a writer/director/editor, developing commercials and other film projects. My background in production helps facilitate a complete service, from ideation to execution, and I’m delighted to be a regular collaborator with Ad Fuel, H2 Films, and BBDO Dublin, as well as Widescreen, Avondale Studios, and Promenade Post.
