Often working for Ireland’s biggest media companies—RTE Radio & TV, Newstalk 106-108FM Radio, The Irish Times, Sunday Times, Irish Independent, RTE Guide, Circa Magazine, Irish Stage and Screen magazine and many more.

He developed and designed publications, developed/invented an educational Board Game (available all over Europe) for people with an intellectual disability, co-founded/Managed a multi-award winning national Arts Centre for people with disabilities working on a global level.

Dave is a multi-award winner for Screenplays at national and international Film Festivals. His Documentary Film ‘1 Billion’ (Produced/Written/Directed/Edited) is winning awards at International Film Festivals. It has been screened in Australia, America, India, Ireland and Europe. Dave has won ‘Best Director’ in Los Angeles, ‘Best Producer’ in Milan in 2019 while the film has won ‘Best Documentary’ around the world. It has been acquired by global streaming platform Sofy.tv, Amazon Prime Video and FestHomeTV.

‘Aretha’ is a film written, directed and co-produced by Dave with his award winning screenplay. Funded through winning the FilmOffaly Bursary Award 2018. The film has won ‘Best Drama’, ‘Best Director’, ‘Best Writer’, ‘Best Editing‘, ‘Best SFX’ and lots more.

‘Aretha’ is with sales agent Network Ireland TV and it has been acquired by Discover.film and Kanopy. It has also been inflight entertainment on Aer Lingus.

His Feature Documentary Debut ‘The Journey to Pride‘, Produced/Written/Directed, will hit film festivals in 2024.

A short drama/comedy which is Produced/Written/Directed by Dave titled ‘Seven Moments in Time‘ will go into Production in Spring 2024. The screenplay has been Officially Selected and has Won at national and international film/screenplay festivals.
