Frank  an award-winning independent filmmaker. He has made 16 films over 20 years, including shorts, documentaries and three feature length films. He is used to working on low budgets, in a short time frame, with very little equipment or resources. But this hasn’t stopped his films from being selected by International Film Festivals, winning awards or selling to national broadcasters. Frank is the former short film programmer for the San Francisco Irish Film Festival and has written episodes of The Tom and Jerry Show. He is passionate about Short Film and Independent Film and has written a book on the subject, entitled “8 Simple Steps to Making Your Short Film.” Frank is also co-founder and co-director of the Boyne Valley International Film Festival.
